i think teenagers will like reading this book. If you like the topic of wars, this book will interest you. It’s not only about wars, it shows the great impact wars have on people and society. Some people will think wars are cool, but there is a cruel reality behind them that most people don’t see. The female main character is ambitious and refuses to settle in the traditional role for a woman. Many people think that manga is for kids and it is shallow. Actually in Japan, where manga originates, manga is for people of all ages. Manga does contain deeper ideas and emotions, with many life lessons. There is so much to learn from PUMPKIN SCISSORS.
