Your child has written down all of the content and is assigned to study these questions and the lessons in Unit 1 before the test on Tuesday. Then, students were assigned the &#8220;Show What You Know&#8221; Pages in the Textbook: Questions 1, 3-8, which will prepare them for the test. Students had time to work on this and then we played a Kahoot review that I made to get them ready for the test as well. After recess, we went to go and do a Thanksgiving turkey art piece with our little buddies. The students did such a great job being big buddies and should be so proud!<\/p>\n<p>After lunch, we talked about our weekend journal for this weekend. Students are tasked to write about: 3 things that they are grateful for and aim to write about 1 page. In their journals, they are expected to use the student checklist to go over and re-read\/edit their journals. We worked on a quick outline in class today for students to organize their writing before getting started and promote the use of paragraph organization.
