Dear Parents,<\/p>\n
Today, we started off the day reading some “Wonder” and then we did a quick review of time and perimeter\/area. Then, students worked on:<\/p>\n
Grade 4’s: pages 134-15 #1-4, 6,9<\/p>\n
Grade 5’s: pages 133-134 #1, 3, & 4<\/p>\n
It is homework if it is not done.<\/p>\n
After that, we had snack and went outside for DPA (woooo, it wasn’t raining). Then we went to the library.<\/p>\n
After lunch, we had our Daily 5 stations and I read the students a book called “Mixed” about embracing people that are different and talking about being kind to everyone.<\/p>\n
At the end of the day, Grade 5’s prepared for Rube Goldberg day tomorrow and Grade 4’s worked with snap circuits to experiment with sound energy.<\/p>\n
