Happy Valentine’s Day! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
Today, we started off with Gym class with Ms. D’s class. We played line tag and then we played King’s Court Dodgeball. It was really fun and the last challenge was for students to try to play the game without talking, which they did a good job of!<\/p>\n
After, we reviewed how to compare fractions with different denominators by finding a common denominator. The students have page 192 #1-6 to work on for homework if they are not done.<\/strong><\/p>\n After DPA, students worked more on writing their myths. They are so inspired and doing such a great job! I’m so proud of them!! The creativity they are showing in their writing is amazing and it makes me look forward to when we write more stories in Term 3!<\/p>\n After lunch, students worked on finishing their Valentine’s day cards and then we started watching the movie “The Greatest Showman”. Then, we went and presented our cards to our buddies and hung out with them. The students have a weekend journal – they need to talk about their family in 1\/2 page to 3\/4 of a page.<\/p>\n After recess, we exchanged Valentines and watched more of the Greatest Showman and ate our party food!
