Dear Parents,<\/p>\n
Today, we started off with another “Their, There, They’re” sheet in order to help students solidify their understanding of these words before the spelling test on Thursday. Then, we did a Math Minute practicing our 2 times table up to x 5. We are continuing to work on the automaticity of these calculations. After, I went over arrays, doubling, factors, and products before I assigned students to work on pages 84-85 #1-3, 5, 7-9. It is homework if not done.<\/p>\n
After, we had library and then recess. When we came back in, students had snack and a bit more time to work on Math. Then, we did a homophone exercise in order to practice this concept some more.<\/p>\n
After, Scott came in to do a lesson with the students and building on how we want to feel in the classroom and how we can make this atmosphere possible through each of our actions.<\/p>\n
Following lunch, we did our Daily 5 stations, had DPA, and then did planners and cleaned up. Students ended the day with Music.<\/p>\n
