During our Library and Social Studies time, we have been exploring our connections to the land and the plants and animals that surround us. \u00a0We have spent time exploring the local cedar trees in our neighbourhood and doing some writing activities outside. \u00a0In class, we have been learning about the natural qualities of cedar and how it was and continues to be used by our local First Nations People.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
