I look forward to students sharing their learning with me!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Next week I will be setting up one on one Zoom conferences with students to check in with them and do a quick assessment to give me a sense of where students are starting the year! A schedule will be emailed out soon with your child\u2019s time to meet with me.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Learning Focus for the week:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Author study -Mo Willems<\/li>\n<li>Number sense- ks working with numbers 1-10, gr 1s working with numbers 1-20<\/li>\n<li>Using our 5 senses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Special Materials Needed this week:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sharpie (permanent marker) be careful, this will soak through paper and mark the surface underneath!<\/li>\n<li>Materials for science project-see weekly schedule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Special Reminders for the week:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please note that this schedule is subject to change. I will send a schedule each week by\u00a0<u>Friday afternoon.<\/u><\/li>\n<li>Please take some time this week to register for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.getepic.com\/students\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>EPIC\u00a0<\/strong>books<\/a>.\u00a0 Our class code is: <b>eke9282<\/b><\/li>\n<li>We are still waiting on our IT team to setup our MS TEAMS classroom. When that is set up, I will send set up instructions to you via email.
