Math June 1-5

This week’s focus will be on addition of 2 two digit numbers using the vertical method.  This is the second way for teaching students to add two digit numbers.  Remember, teaching students a variety of ways to add allows them to choose which way works best for them. Please have your child watch these videos that explain this method of two digit addition.

You can do some two digit addition work on IXL. You can try some of the on-line Math games below or go to bcmathgames.com. Or you can try some addition using paper and pencil by printing the document below.
