I would love to share with you an activity one of my StrongStart colleagues<\/span><\/p>\n

created and posted on her blog.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gael is the StrongStart facilitator at Chaffey-Burke StrongStart.<\/span><\/p>\n

It captured my attention and imagination and made<\/span><\/p>\n

me wonder the endless possibilities of things you could put in the ziploc bag!!<\/span><\/p>\n

It also made me wonder what other materials you could use instead of water!<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Okay my littlest friends\u2026\u00a0This activity is for you \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Go for a walk and collect a few nature pieces\u2026 a stick\u2026 a petal\u2026 a few leaves\u2026<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Grab a large ziplock bag, a big glass of water and some wide packing or masking tape. I used a little rubbing alcohol to wipe away the ziploc label but if you don\u2019t have it at home just skip this step!<\/p>\n

\"\"\"\"<\/p>\n

Place all your treasures inside the bag along with the water.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Gently squeeze the air out of the bag. Take the tape and seal the bag onto the floor. Take another piece of tape and place it on the bottom of the bag.<\/p>\n

(I only had hockey tape left)<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Lie down baby and let them explore with their hands.<\/p>\n

Feel free to add other treasures!<\/p>\n
