We had the opportunity to receive two lacrosse lessons. We had an in-depth look at the safety equipment that is used by each player in the game, as well as the proper equipment that is used in the game.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-371 size-large aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/sd41blogs.ca\/ralpha\/files\/2019\/01\/IMG_9589-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<p>During the first lesson, we learned the fundamental skills that are used in the game. Once we were comfortable and confident with the taught skills, we then played some games.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-372 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/sd41blogs.ca\/ralpha\/files\/2019\/01\/IMG_9546-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-373 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/sd41blogs.ca\/ralpha\/files\/2019\/01\/IMG_9557-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Like many group sports, Lacrosse serves many benefits to your child&#8217;s well being.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It will instill a sense of discipline in your child that will spill over to everyday life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The game of Lacrosse requires players to be alert and observant, as a result this will improve mental agility and concentration levels in your child.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lacrosse will teach the importance of patience to your child, as it involves a lot of practice and patience to get a scoring goal on the field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Playing Lacrosse also involves an immense amount of physical exercise. It will help to improve your child&#8217;s overall mental and physical development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>As Lacrosse is a team sport, your child will learn how to interact with different people and reach a common goal.
