Hi Mme, for the choice of figurative language in the diamantés, I’m having a bit of trouble with putting it in. How do I incorporate the figurative language if I have to follow the criteria (2 adjectives, 3 verbs etc.) Thanks for the help.
Personification (with your verbs) and alliteration tend to be the easy ones.
Got it. Thanks Mme
hi madam i posted this to make your phone buzz MWAHAHA
Fail
For Diamantes do we write the opposites of the verbs and adjectives like the nouns? Or do we just right other verbs describing the opposite noun?
write*
The 2nd way you described.
Ok! thanks 🙂
it doesn’t say in the criteria, and you probably mentioned it before, but does the title of my diamante have to be the first line of the poem?
It doesn’t need to be the first line because unlike the Cinquain it is a poem of opposites. For me your total can be whatever you like. (Technically Diamantés don’t even need titles, but I was trying to continue what you all were used to so as not to confuse people.)
Thank you
