In February, we learned about self-affirmations.\u00a0 We discussed how hard it can be to remember all of our wonderful, positive qualities when we are feeling down.\u00a0 \u00a0On Valentine’s Day we didn’t write Valentine’s Day cards for others, we wrote them for ourselves. We put our self-affirmations on the front of our lockers, or inside our lockers, as a positive reminder to see every day.<\/p>\n
