Good Morning students of Div 5,

As you may remember, I am very fond of the author Susan Verde and the series of books she has written. In class we have read many of the books written by Susan Verde and illustrated by Peter H. Reynolds. Today you will begin by engaging in a pre-recorded read aloud by Peter H. Reynolds.

Activity

Part 1 Sharing love and spreading kindness is always important and it is especially important during this pandemic. Think about ways you can spread kindness? Pick a friend or a family member who is in need of some love or lifting up and leave them a kind note or message.

Part 2 Self-love is equally as important as showing love for others. Make a list of the top ten things you really like about yourself and that make you unique.

Part 3 Try the yoga poses that are shown in the book.
