Building our muscles<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">helps us with coordination and stamina so we can participate<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">in sports, music , dancing, bike riding, hiking and play grounds<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">safely and confidently. Language \/Literacy links,( counting, rhythm, rhyme).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">If you put a nylon knee high over the balloon it will be less likely to pop!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">It\u00a0 could scare the Fun out of Play if it pops!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Count how many times you can hit it up in the air without it touching the ground.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Volley the balloon back and forth between you and your child singing a song or rhyme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Make a racket to hit the balloon back and forth from a paper plate, tape and wooden spoon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Enjoy, Ms Trish<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi everyone, glad to see you back again!
