Okay so its Aylah and I’m here to tell you about what to do with nightmares. So I lay in my bed restless afraid I’m going to have nightmares. Then my brother walks in and we talk. the last thing he says and I quote is- “Just find a happy topic and make all the details” and it worked. I barley ever have nightmares. it makes me so happy. I love my brothers. That’s all I have to say. Bye guys,
