So, there is this part in the book ‘Wonder’ and it is called ‘goodbye’. I think this part is sad because Daisy the dog dies! It also changes my thought of Via because it seems she is starting to enjoy being independant. Also it effects Auggie because it makes me think he is a little selfish because he thinks everything is about him.
This is the October precept: Your deeds are your monuments. I think it means that whatever you do will be remembered or memorable. Maybe it makes you think that if you do something bad, it will be remembered by someone or something. So do some good today!
We read part of the book Wonder(by RJ Palacio), and in the story, a teacher (Mr.Browne) gave a precept (a precept is a wise rule or quote about important things). The precept is: When given the choice between being right and being kind, choose kind. I think it might mean that when you have to choose to be right or kind, choose kind ( e.g. when you play a game with a younger sibling and they think it is their turn when it isn’t, you could either be right and say it is your turn, or be kind and give them an extra turn.

I think that… the universe is about figuring out new things, not knowing everything if we knew everything then there is no point to live. Questions are everything, when you know what will happen in the future and the past because you know everything. there is nothing to do or to learn and there is going to be no such thing as intensity, happiness, and love. Two question that are really famous are, 1) what will I be when I grow up? 2) will I be successful when I grow up |
We have to write about the bravest thing we have done in our lives, how we did it and because of it something good happened to us. The bravest thing I have done in my life is break my wrist. The pain was like a million people try to hit you all at once. It was 15 % out of place and it took about 1 month to heal back. The cast was camo colored (forest).
The good thing was that when I broke my arm, I got a smoothe. It was the best smoothe ever!
Today it was hard to pick the most effective part of Terry Fox the movie it was an emotional, funny, and a bit of action.my most effective part is the time when Fox had cancer spread to both his lungs when it did. His integrity was so high Terry would jog to the doctor which is crazy but great but soon Terry wasn’t doing well it was a low chance of surviving. After 8 weeks Terry was running again just for a bit sooner are later he died at Thunder Bay he ran about a third of Thunder Bay. He ran about 26 miles per day sometimes he would run a bit more
