Literature Review should include sources to help support or add to your own research as well as present different perspectives to your research (original hypothesis). Minimum 7 to 10 sources. Overview of data collection and process and future direction. <em><u>Must have 300\/500 words completed.<\/u><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-WINTER BREAK&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>BEGIN AND COMPLETE RESEARCH\/DATA COLLECTION<\/p>\n<p>January 14, 2021 &#8211; Literature Review completed and submitted via PREP.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em>January 24th-28th\u2013 <\/em><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sign-In for Check-In #2 will take place sometime in January. Check your emails regularly for information regarding this.\u00a0<\/span>Complete minimum of 2000-2500 words. <strong>Must include an Introduction (<em>Problem Statement and Literature Reviews) <\/em>as well as Method, Process, or Approach<em>.<\/em><\/strong> Reviews of previous work in the field, synthesize information from a range of perspectives related to the research question and <u>identifies a gap in the<\/u> <u>current field of knowledge.<\/u><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em><sup>\u00a0<\/sup><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em>January 31st- Feburary 5th\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>-Check In #2-With teacher\/consultant. Review Introduction of Research Paper as well as Data Collection (results) from Research. <u>Complete minimum 2000-2500 words<\/u>. <strong>Must include<\/strong> <strong>an Introduction and<\/strong> <strong>Method, Process, or Approach, Results and Findings<\/strong>. Explain and provide justification for the chosen method, process or approach. Present the findings, evidence, results or product.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Conduct PEER-REVIEW ASSIGNMENT <\/em><\/strong>Complete minimum 3000-3500 words. <strong>Must include an<\/strong> <strong>Introduction as well as Methods, Process or Approach, Results and Findings, Analysis and\/or Evaluation<\/strong>. Interpret results, explore connections to original research question and discuss the implications \/limitations of the research. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">March 8th-12th &#8211; Sign in for Check -In #3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><strong>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;SPRING BREAK&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em>March 28th-31st &#8211;\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Check \u2013In #3 -With teacher\/consultant. Read and Review rough copy of final research paper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>April 4th-8th<\/strong><\/em> &#8211; class will meet during X block for POD &#8220;dry-run&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">April 19th-29th<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>&#8211; <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Presentation and Oral Defense<\/span>. Three per day, afternoons only. Sign up will take place a few weeks beforehand.
