Today, I introduced the Parachute Kids project to the students, and they were given time to begin working on it in class. This project is due next Wednesday, November 6th, and students will present their work on November 7th.

To support their progress, students will have at least an hour each day this week and next week to work on their projects in class. I encourage you to check in with your child to ensure they complete their project by the 6th and are prepared for their presentation on the 7th.

Students have the option to choose from six different project ideas and are encouraged to showcase their creativity. I have attached the project guidelines for your reference.

We’re excited to announce a Free Choice Art Project for our students! This is an opportunity for you to express your creativity by creating anything that incorporates art or design. Whether it’s a drawing, a picture book, a sculpture, or even a unique building project, the sky’s the limit! Please remember that all projects are due on November 8th. We can’t wait to see your imaginative creations! Happy crafting!

Just a reminder that your French and Math tests need to be corrected, signed, and returned. This was due on Friday, so please make sure to complete this as soon as possible if you haven’t already. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out!

There will be a math test on place value this Wednesday. To prepare, students can review the questions they have completed so far. It would also be helpful for them to focus on any questions they found challenging to ensure they fully understand the material.

Dear Parents,

Many students did not perform well on their French test, so they will have the opportunity to retake it on Wednesday to improve their scores. It would be helpful if you could encourage them to review the days of the week, months, and numbers from 0 to 50. Since language learning involves spelling, it’s important for them to focus on accuracy as well.
