We needed wood so we stopped on the road and my dad spilt some wood with an axe. By that time it was already &#8211; 14 and \u00a0we were freezing. Finally we got to the lake and said should we stay or should we go sleep at the motel in Lillooet. We decided that we were going to stay\u00a0at the lake. I helped my dad set up the wall\u00a0tent and the wood stove. Then we\u00a0went to drill a water hole and the ice was 18 inches.\u00a0 I went fishing with my brother and\u00a0we caught nothing. At night time we had a tent but\u00a0it was frozen.\u00a0We said it is starting to get cold we better\u00a0go to sleep. In the morning the lock of the camper\u00a0was stuck and\u00a0we could not open the door.I got up and went in to the wall tent to stay warm. I went fishing with my dad and I caught one fish and\u00a0I was so happy.
