When I picked the book I choose Ice Storm by Penny Draper.It&#8217;s about 2 girls name Alice and Sophie, they are cousins.Alice lived with her father in the city(I think it was Toronto),her father was a hydro worker.Alice loved to skate. Sophie lived in the same city as Alice but on the farms.She lived with her mom,dad and brother.She loved animals.They survived the Ice Storm.Alice even saved the mean grandma next door when a big maple tree crashed in to her house!!If you want to find out more read Ice Storm!!
