Also known as zentangles, I find them a great way to calm your mind and relax yourself while being creative!  So if you ever feel like your emotions are charged and you need a strategy to calm yourself, pick up a pencil, marker or pen.  Here is a short video that has some patterns for you to learn or create some of your own!
