Perhaps you have your own set of cups at home or maybe you are simply using a set of plastic drinking cups that you have in the cupboard. Regardless of what you choose to use, practice will help you improve your skills and get faster! Next week, we will have one more DPA period to try the 3-6-3 and full cycles.
