ASSIGNMENT #1: READING
- Watch and listen to the story Everybody Needs a Rock.
- Follow the rules for finding a rock. You can print out the Everybody Needs A Rock 10 Rules to take with you. There is even a space for you to add your own rule! Some of you might go on a walk to find a rock, others might already have a collection of rocks that you want to choose a special one rock from.
- Put your rock in a special place as we will write about it on Thursday.
- Look at this Gallery below of interesting rock collections. Have you seen any rocks like these? Where? Does your rock look like any of these rocks?

Remember that millilitres (mL) are for smaller quantities. Litres (L) are for larger quantities. There are 1000mL in 1L.
