I want to reach out to share that it seems that everyone is having a hard time this week. I want to remind folks that tough times don’t last, but tough people do. We are all tough in our own ways. Please consider doing some self-care practices over the long weekend (note: there is no school on Monday due to Pro-D).<\/p>\n

Self-care practices can look like having a long hot bath, watching Netflix (I know, I know. I haven’t been able to catch up on Stranger Things), going out for a walk (especially if it’s sunny), meeting friends at mall. Do what you enjoy doing. If you don’t know what to do, just do something differently other than your daily routine.<\/p>\n

Tough people do self-care practices too. It’s okay to self-care alone, or to self-care with friends who share similar self-care practices.<\/p>\n

Thinking of you all and your challenges in your personal lives.<\/p>\n
