Evaluated ASL 11/12 ASL Classifier Doodle Art
Worked on International Deaf Flag and the paragraph to go with for their canvas last year – due Friday.
Sept 26th
Class worked on preparing QR codes for quotes on a bulletin board in the hallway. They have to figure out the true meaning for each quote, then translate it into conceptually appropriate ASL, and QR code to be made, printed, and hang it next to the quote. This will continue on Wednesday for the first bulletin board.
Sept 7th – Sept 23rd
For the entire month of September, we have been working on creating a video for a specific theme for the International Week of the Deaf. Things are much slower now than last year, due to the year-round system compared to the semester system.
There has been some discussions about our grant, and our ideas for the ongoing renovation for our Deaf Pod. More information to come!
