I&#8217;m excited to be closer to family and get back to the nature places that filled my soul as a child.<\/p>\n<p>Last week\u00a0 was a blur of taking down my classroom (how did I accumulate so much?!), saying goodbye to students, cherished friends and colleagues, and closing a wonderfully, enriching chapter in my life and career. There are many dedicated, passionate teachers that I say goodbye (or see ya later) to. You will continue to inspire me! <span class=\"pq6dq46d tbxw36s4 knj5qynh kvgmc6g5 ditlmg2l oygrvhab nvdbi5me sf5mxxl7 gl3lb2sf hhz5lgdu\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tf3\/1.5\/16\/2764.png\" alt=\"&#x2764;&#xfe0f;\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span> Much love and respect!<\/p>\n<p>To Maywood students: you are (or have been) a part of a truly unique community &#8211; diverse, talented, and compassionate!
