2.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Register for an account by clicking the “REGISTER”<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>menu tab and filling in the on-line form.<\/p>\n

Choose a user id and password for yourself and then click the\u00a0<\/span>“Register Now”<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>button.<\/p>\n

*** \u00a0If you registered last year you will still need to create an account as the system does NOT store information from the previous year. \u00a0***<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Add your children into the system by clicking the\u00a0<\/span>“Add a Student”<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>button. \u00a0Click“Insert New”<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>button to add more children.<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Click the\u00a0<\/span>“date”<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>icon beside each child’s name to schedule appointments.<\/p>\n

Select the teacher you wish to book appointments with and the\u00a0<\/span>“View Calendar<\/span>s” <\/strong>button.<\/p>\n

Use the\u00a0<\/span>“Ctrl”<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>or\u00a0<\/span>“Command”<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>key to select multiple staff to view at the same time.<\/p>\n

5.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Click on available time slots to book your appointments and then click the\u00a0<\/span>“Book Appointments”<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>button to save your bookings.<\/p>\n
