The children of Division 12 were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to learn how to use looms to knit themselves a hat.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

As described in the learning standards of the Applied Design, Skills and Technology Curriculum, the children are expected to choose a tool and material, and make a product through the modelling of others.\u00a0 Our special guest, Ms. Janet Chow showed the children how to use the loom and wool to create a hat.\u00a0 The children demonstrated lots of patience and perseverance throughout the whole process.\u00a0 \u00a0They felt very proud of themselves when they were finished.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
