Sky\u2019s blue!\u201d a girl shouts as she runs by the window of a boy bent over his digital device. Play is really the work of childhood.&#8221; &#8211; Mr. Rogers<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Children have had more time to play lately.\u00a0 Parents have sent me pictures of their children building forts, fishing, cooking scrambled eggs and pancakes, planting gardens and playing in the mud.\u00a0 These are examples of serious learning.<\/p>\n<p>Children develop their imagination, confidence, emotional flexibility and social skills through play. Play also stimulates problem solving skills, and creative and critical thinking skills.\u00a0 \u00a0So, let&#8217;s encourage play.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Communities are and arenas so they are called\u00a0<strong>human made<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Beaches and mountains are\u00a0<strong>natural\u00a0<\/strong>as they exist without any help from humans!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Think, turn, tell:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Look at the pictures above again.\u00a0 What do you see in the pictures that are\u00a0<strong>natural<\/strong>? What do you see that are\u00a0<strong>human made<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p>Think about the perfect place to play.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Design a place you would like to play in and write about it.<\/strong> Where would it be? What would it have?
