called <strong>Rotten Pumpkin: A Rotten Tale in 15 Voices\u00a0by<\/strong> <strong>David Schwartz and Dwight Kuhn<\/strong>.\u00a0 This is possible the\u00a0most disgusting book ever . . . and we loved it.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0It is\u00a0the story of what happens to a pumpkin once it starts to rot.\u00a0 We learned a lot about how organisms like fungi, bacteria, molds and insects help to decompose pumpkins and recycle them back into the earth.\u00a0 The pictures are fantastic and really gross.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">Then we started looking at Jack the class pumpkin with our magnifying glasses.\u00a0 We tried to identify some of the things that we saw in the book.\u00a0\u00a0Here we are at work.\u00a0<a
