Aldor Acres

Division 10 learned that living things have a life cycle.  Most animals including mammals, reptiles and birds have very simple life cycles – they are born (either alive from their mother or hatched from eggs) and then they grow up.  We loved seeing all the different animals at Aldor Acres.

Thank you to all the parents that made this day possible.  We couldn’t have these special experiences without you.[metaslider id=2383]

pp32Aldor Acres is much more than just a pumpkin patch.  It is a working farm. Division 10 learned that farming is hard work. There are lots of animals to feed and lots of plants to harvest.  We know that living things need food to survive.  Farms provide the meat and vegetables that people buy in the grocery store.  Thank you, farmers![metaslider id=2366]

pp9On a beautiful fall day Division 10, 11 & 12 went to the Aldor Acres Pumpkin Patch.  We took a hay ride out into the pumpkin patch to pick the perfect pumpkin to take home.[metaslider id=2351]
