However at times additional support is needed.\u00a0 Below are some community organizations that cover many areas of\u00a0 mental wellness:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/keltymentalhealth.ca\/\">Kelty Mental Health<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 Kelty Mental Health helps families, listens to concerns, and connects families to resources and tools.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bouncebackbc.ca\/\"><strong>BounceBack<\/strong><\/a> is a free skill-building program designed to help adults and youth 15 years old and older manage low mood, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress or worry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gov.bc.ca\/gov\/content\/health\/managing-your-health\/mental-health-substance-use\/child-teen-mental-health\">Children and Youth Mental Health (CYMH)<\/a> <\/strong>\u2013 Children and Youth Mental health are providing counselling support. Please check the link to find services in your area.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cameray.ca\/\"><strong>Cameray Child and Family Services<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 Cameray provides counselling to children and youth, support to children and youth that are victims of a crime or witnessed a crime, and support for parents with children 5 years old or younger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.stleo.ca\/\"><strong>St. Leonard\u2019s Youth and Family Services<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 St. Leonard&#8217;s offers counselling and support to youth and young parents, residential services for youths, and a family development program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/foundrybc.ca\/\">Foundry<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; The Foundry offers youth 12 to 24 years old resources, services, counselling, and support.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #333399;\"><strong>OTHER OPTIONS:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Private Counsellors and Psychologists:<\/strong> Parents may want to explore private counselors or private psychologists. These services have a fee, and some extended health insurers covers some or all fees. Please inquire with your extended health insurance provider for more information.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>The student\u2019s doctor: <\/strong>Doctors are offering services by telephone and in person if needed.
