These lessons are completely optional<\/em><\/span><\/strong>! <\/p>\n

After some of our phone conversations, I hear your need for structure, routine and for things to do! I will be putting together a rough daily routine that you can choose to follow if it works for you and your family. I should have that posted by the end of tomorrow!<\/p>\n

As always, if you have any burning questions, concerns or just want to chat, please email me ( alyssa(dot)derksen(at)burnabyschools(dot)ca ). I usually have my phone on hand and all emails go directly to my phone, so if there is an urgent concern I can help with it right away.<\/p>\n

Students to do list:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. go to bed at least 30 minutes earlier than you have been tonight (if your sleep schedule is still in vacation mode)<\/li>\n
  2. wake up at least 10 minutes earlier tomorrow and the next day and the next, until you are getting up at around 8:00am <\/li>\n
  3. check your email (school) at least once daily<\/li>\n
  4. check this blog at least once daily<\/li>\n
  5. make sure you can log into and access Microsoft Office Teams<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    There will be lot’s of options and activity ideas posted to the blog by the end of the week, so don’t worry, you don’t have to keep watching Netflix or playing Minecraft, you’ll have other things to do!<\/p>\n
