    1. Office Hours<\/h1>\n

    We have Office Hours today at 11 am<\/strong>. Please meet on Microsoft Teams to join the call. (click the “Office Hours” post in blue and click join on the top right hand corner). Please be sure to get permission from a parent\/guardian before joining the call.<\/strong> There were a few of you who joined the Monday Office Hours video chat. Office hours is a good time to bring any questions you have on assignments, technology or general thoughts\/feelings you would like to share. It is optional\u00a0<\/strong>but a nice opportunity to see some faces and feel more connected as a class.<\/p>\n

    2. Sharing Circle page<\/h1>\n

    I have posted some of your Architecture Projec<\/a>t photos and other work<\/a> on the “Sharing Circle” page of the blog. There were a few of you who included your face in the photos (which is so nice to see!!!) but I cannot post on the blog (no faces). I will continue posting as projects come in. Nice job, Division 7!!<\/p>\n

    a.) Morning Journal<\/h2>\n

    It looks like our Grizzly friends Coola and Grinder have come out of hibernation! Yesterday morning, the webcam in their den on Grouse Mountain showed them leaving their hibernation den. We were so lucky to have been able to see them in the fall!! (Thank you, Coco, for this news!)<\/p>\n

    For morning journal, please read the Grouse Mountain’s Ranger Blog (click)<\/a> and take a peep at the Bear Den webcam (click).\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

    If you were coming out of hibernation after 5 months, how do you think you would feel? What would be the first thing you would want to eat or do? What questions would you have?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    b.) Reading<\/h2>\n

    Read for at least 20 mins.<\/p>\n

    c.) Math<\/h2>\n

    Khan Academy seems to be working for most of you. You may be working on a separate program at home which is more than OK. The list of remaining math topics we are to cover for the remainder of the term are located in the \u201cresources<\/a>\u201d tab.<\/p>\n

    Alternative programs may include IXL, math worksheets, math games. Math is also everywhere \u2014 you may decide your math program is\u00a0 to identify everyday math (measuring while baking, estimating while planning, noticing patterns, finding \u201cgroups of\u201d, etc.)<\/p>\n

    d.) Literacy*<\/h2>\n

    Continue the \u201cAnd the Moral of the Story is\u2026\u201d assignment.
