Fall Spooktacular: Love Potion Number Whoops!"},"content":{"rendered":"<header class=\"entry-header\"><\/header>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>You&#8217;re Invited!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com\/images?q=tbn%3AANd9GcTcZNvlBR-cPsScJiqmkzMtBgXheQggpY_YbtKMNwH2CrtZojJC\" alt=\"Image result for spooky clipart\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>What:&nbsp;<\/strong>The intermediate students of Armstrong have been working hard on preparing our <em>Fall Spooktacular musical play \u2013 \u201cLove Potion Number Whoops!\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>It is the story of a young girl who likes a boy and solicits a love potion from a group of witches. The love potion turns out to be faulty, as well as the girl and her friends using it improperly. The boy is a mess! The girls try to get help from Doctor Frankenstein, but that is when it all breaks loose and gets much worse!<\/p>\n<p>Songs featured are&nbsp;<em>Black Magic, Love Potion Number 9, Monster Mash, Thriller, Ghostbusters&nbsp;<\/em>and the theme music from The Blob.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where:<\/strong>The concert takes place in our school gym&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>When:&nbsp;<\/strong><em>October 23rd at 1:30pm and 6:30pm<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Intermediate students have been working on all aspects of the play including all of the props, costumes and sets. The cast has been rehearsing and we have put together a band for the Finale of the play.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">ALL Armstrong families are encouraged to come out to experience the hard work of all of our grade 4-7 students at Armstrong!
