Dear Division 4 Families,<\/p>\n

I have spoken to Ms. Solomon about running the book exchange for our class. \u00a0If you would like to participate, here are the steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Go to the Library Catalogue to look up book titles that you may be interested in checking out (go to the school website, click “library” and then click “catalogue” or you can access the catalogue through this link\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Email me what book titles you are looking to take out. Because Ms. Solomon is working to organize a book exchange for two schools and hundreds of students, we have decided that I will send in book requests twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays.\u00a0<\/strong>Every Monday and Wednesday I will send in a list of any students’ names\/book titles to Ms. Solomon and then she will coordinate a pick up of the items outside the school. When you return the books they will be kept in plastic bags for 3 days before being re-shelved\/made available to the next student. Pickup and Returns will take place at the same time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    *Please note each child can only have 5 books signed out at one time, however the 5 books can not be all the same type (i.e. 5 graphic novels).<\/p>\n

    Please note I will send in the first list by the end of today (3pm) if there are any book requests that are sent to me before then. I will send any orders received after that to Ms. Solomon on Monday.<\/strong><\/p>\n
