See you on Teams!<\/p>\n<p><strong>For math,<\/strong> both grades have 1 lesson on Math IXL. Both lessons are about finding the area of squares and rectangles. Remember that area means the amount of space\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">inside<\/span> the shape, whereas perimimeter is the distance around the shape.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 4&#8217;s, click\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/A7zPgMV4eTM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/span> <\/a>for your video lesson. We will not be working on social studies this week. We may continue it next week.<\/p>\n<p>Instead, we will begin working on our final <strong>core competency update<\/strong> for our report cards. You&#8217;ll be developing a PowerPoint presentation which will be referred to on your report card. We will be using the PowerPoint to show what you are able to do. Please find the instructions on Teams.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have been assigned two slides today.
