Hello Dear Families,<\/p>\n

I hope this letter finds you well.<\/p>\n

As I sit here listening to the rain outside, my thoughts wander to how our lives are now.\u00a0 The clouds and rain certainly adds to the mood.\u00a0 It has been a rollercoaster of emotions of late.\u00a0 As we try to adapt to all of these changes, it has been challenging.\u00a0 There are times when you may feel trapped, stressed and alone.\u00a0 Acknowledge it.\u00a0 Then release it.<\/p>\n

Do this with me:\u00a0 “Take a deep breath in.”\u00a0 \u00a0Feel the air fill your lungs.\u00a0 Pause<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 “Take a deep breath out.”<\/p>\n

Release what doesn’t serve you.<\/p>\n

Then I remind myself to look for the light, the joy, the little celebrations that came so easily before all of this “change”.\u00a0 It’s there….it can be simply being grateful for the cup of coffee that you are sipping.\u00a0 For me, it’s my cup of hot tea and the comfort it gives me.\u00a0 It could be hearing your children laughter in the other room.\u00a0 Whatever it is, big or small, these little bits of joy are there, let them lift your spirit.\u00a0 Focus on those moments.\u00a0 They matter.\u00a0 You matter.\u00a0 Be kind to yourself.<\/p>\n

Give yourself a pat on the back for the good job that you are doing.<\/p>\n

Deep breath in, deep breath out.<\/p>\n
