When learning about plural verbs<\/b> \u2014 remember they are completely opposite to plural nouns<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The reason we use plural verbs, it is when the\u00a0noun\u00a0<\/b>does not change. You cannot say,\u00a0sheeps<\/b>, fishes<\/b>, or mooses<\/b>.

The verb clues are the sound it makes at the end of the verb. If you hear S<\/b>, then it is singular<\/b>. If do not hear a S<\/b>, then it is plural<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Remember to also look for the\u00a0article<\/strong> clues too.<\/p>\n

For example, the article<\/b> clues are:<\/p>\n

…the fish is<\/b> jumping (singular)<\/p>\n
