Fall Leaf Art – Mixed Media<\/p>\n

The children collected leaves from our school grounds, traced them, rubbed them and coloured using crayon.  The backgrounds were created using paint.  Using real leaves helped the children to create realistic images!<\/p>\n

Warm and Cool Pumpkins<\/p>\n

The children learned about warm vs. cool colours in this fall art project.  As a class we discussed the difference between the colours and the way warm and cool colours may connect to the way we feel.  We also discussed how some colours may complement one another.<\/p>\n
