Hi Families,

We have been growing, watering, observing, and measuring our potatoes since March, and the time was finally here when we could harvest and eat them!

We had so much fun digging through the dirt to find every potato- big or small. Our five tubs grew 133 potatoes!! We were then able to have our “Potato Party” in the afternoon with the other classes that also grew spuds. We loaded our potatoes with salt or pepper, sour cream, cheese, and butter! YUM 🙂
