However,\u00a0 moving forward we should try to learn from our mistakes, grow from the challenges and focus on what we can do and what we will do. Each of us has the potential to make a positive difference in our own life and someone else&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p>Suggestions for the month of December:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>start a gratitude journal &#8211; each day at the beginning or the end of the day write one thing you are grateful for<\/li>\n<li>each day tell at least one person that you love them (text, zoom, face to face, phone call)<\/li>\n<li>make a 2021 Calendar &#8211;
