Grade 3s – regular day of school tomorrow and Math test<\/p>\n
Dear Division 5 Families,<\/p>\n
The Grade 4s have their Watermania field trip tomorrow.<\/p>\n
Please make sure your child has their swimwear, towels, sunscreen and something easy to throw on when they head out to eat lunch. Please ensure your child has dry clothes to put on after swimming too.<\/p>\n
Thank-you to all the families who have volunteered to drive tomorrow. As of today, we should have enough seats for all the students in the school. We will need to double check tomorrow morning that all the classes have enough rides since sometimes, there are illnesses and unavoidable events.<\/p>\n
Mr. Lai just wanted me to send this reminder email about tomorrow’s agenda\u00a0for Watermania one last time.<\/p>\n
The shape of the day will be as follows:<\/p>\n
8:47: <\/strong>Attendance will be taken in the regular class and parent drivers should also attend.\u00a0\u00a0Students will be placed in designated cars. Mrs. Canderle will come by to drop off the Grade 3s and double check the attendance for the Grade 4s who will be attending Watermania.<\/p>\n 9:00 am:<\/strong><\/p>\n The grade 4s will be leaving at approximately 9:00 am and arriving at around\u00a010:00 am. Watermania\u00a0will make everyone wait until Mr. Lai pays for the students. Please find Mrs. Canderle at the front of the building\u00a0for attendance so she can confirm how many students are going to swim.<\/p>\n Although\u00a0Watermania\u00a0will have their employees, teachers and parents can also help supervise. We don\u2019t all have to be there, but there should be a few teachers and some parents to help out. Mr. Lai will be outside preparing lunch.\u00a0 Please let Mrs. Canderle know if you plan to stay or leave Watermania<\/strong>. Please be back by 2 p.m. if you plan to leave.<\/p>\n 12:00 pm<\/strong>: Lunch (Mrs. Canderle will be in charge of when the kids will go to lunch.)<\/p>\n There is an area on the side of\u00a0Watermania\u00a0to have a BBQ picnic. There are also picnic tables. Students will be sent in groupings to the picnic area. Division 5 will follow Mrs. Canderle\u2019s instructions about lunch. \u00a0There will be burgers and hotdogs for parents, staff, and students. There\u00a0will be halal, vegetarian, and non-beef options available. After lunch, students can return to the pool for a bit. Adults can have whatever choice of burgers and\/or hotdogs.<\/p>\n 1:30 pm <\/strong>Students leave the pool to change their clothes. Students need to leave on time, since many students will need time to dry off.<\/p>\n 2:00 pm<\/strong> Leave\u00a0Watermania.
