- Share how biases make you feel and why. \u201cIt makes me sad that rules allow certain groups of people to be treated differently.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n
- Frame things as fair and unfair. \u201cThis book included white inventors. That\u2019s unfair because _______ invented things too.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n
- Distinguish between different and weird. \u201cJust because something is different, doesn\u2019t mean it\u2019s weird. Differences should be celebrated!\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n
- Respect and encourage your child\u2019s curiosity. \u201cThat is a good question\u2026I don\u2019t know the answer, but let\u2019s learn together.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
