I also gave out our new textbook: &#8220;Supervision in the Hospitality Industry&#8221;, which we will start next class.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A couple of overdue items should be finished off next class\/before Spring Break:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Media &amp; medical consent forms handed in<\/li>\n<li>Serving it Right -this will expire, so do it before it does<\/li>\n<li>Review Game assignment<\/li>\n<li>Convention field trip assignment handout<\/li>\n<li>Open House Event assignment handout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Moving forward:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wedding planning assignment (\/50) does not have a due date until later in term 3 TBA, because I would like you to put a good amount of effort into planning this event&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>****Make sure you take your new textbook home with you over the Break!***<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My apologies for the missing posts as my computer was having some difficulties lately.
