Goal board
Dear students,
The Goal Board Word document is available on TEAMS -> Assignments.
You can alter it in any way you like for your goals.
-Include at least two things you will do every day.
-Include at least one health goal.
-Include at least one school goal.
-Include at least one mindfulness goal.
Some mindfulness goal ideas:
- mindful coloring 10-15 minutes
- breathing exercises 5-10 minutes
- mindful nature walk
- gratitude journal (write 1-3 you are grateful for)
- 5 senses moment
- Yoga or stretching
- Meditation youtube video, or app
