To begin, I think Quiet Time is a really valuable addition to our class schedule. It gives us a chance to relax and relieve stress and, overall feel more improved as a person.<\/p>\n

Next, I also think Quiet time is great because, we aren’t forced to do one thing. We are instructed to think about what “we” want to do for Quiet Time. I really think that’s the perfect way to do this because, it gives us the power to understand what helps us relieve stress or makes us feel delighted.<\/p>\n

Also, during Quiet Time I will usually either do some work, or draw and, even sleep. The possibilities are endless!<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the music is very peaceful I recommend a listen  https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=J65GxJ2v9Wg <\/a><\/p>\n

To conclude, I honestly think Quiet Time is just such a powerful addition to our classroom. And I recommend it anyone and everyone who comes across this blog.<\/p>\n
