Grade 7 students spend their Friday afternoons participating in the “Readers are Leaders” program where they help K students with literacy skills.

Burnaby Mountain Park
Div 1 and 2 goes to Burnaby Mountain Park to explore how place and story can help use make connections with each other. They participated in literature circles while reading and studying picture books written by Aboriginal authors and listened to Ms. Price share some stories and facts about First Peoples culture.
