During Sewing Season the students embark on a project of their choice that is related to our classroom theme. In the past we have done Dolls and Fairy Tales. The students imagine, create and use design thinking to sew and dress their character. The children explore their imaginations and play based learning. In the past we have done Pen Pal letters between the Dolls/Fairy Tale Characters, creative story writing as well as inventions for their sewn project.
