I have decided that this is Coding Week. I have planned some activities to do at home or in the classroom which are about coding. Today’s activity combines art, language arts, and math. You will need to use math and art to create a 2-D shape robot and you will be using oral language to communicate your step-by-step instructions to a partner. I can’t wait to see how the robot drawings turn out.<\/h5>\n
Today’s storytime book is called Hidden Figures: The Story of Four Black Women and the Space Race<\/a> by Margot Lee Shetterly and illustrated by Laura Freeman.<\/h5>\n
